The great thing about the Mavin Fundraising Program is that you’re just replacing a product most people already use in their homes: a great coffee!

You are in control

Any of our coffee flavours and roasts can be used for the program. We will work with you to customize your fundraising program.

Profit Margin

While it is up to the individual group what they charge for a bag, your group could earn between $5 - $7 per bag.

Customize packaging

Have your pictures, team logos or other graphics on the packaging at no additional cost.

How it works

Choose how you want to run your fundraiser

*Order a set amount of coffee upfront that you plan to sell.

*You can have individuals collect orders for a while and submit an order at the end of your fundraiser.

*Or, you can run your fundraiser online with a custom web link from which supporters can order.

Customize your fundraiser

*Once you decide on the fundraising method you want to use, you can choose which products to offer:

We recommend offering 3-6 coffee choices, including non-flavoured and flavoured. To provide more variety, you can also add our delicious loose-leaf teas and hot chocolates. Coffee can be offered whole bean or freshly ground.

*Once your products are chosen, let's customize your packaging. Submit your graphics, pictures, team logo, crest etc. and we'll make your packaging stand out!

Support your cause

*Once we receive your order and payment, we roast our specialty coffee fresh and ship it to you within three weeks. Upon arrival, your orders will be ready to distribute to your supporters.

Many groups across Canada have tried our program with great success. Many groups use our fundraiser more than once, which we feel is a testament to the quality we offer and the financial success groups have had.
